With over 25 years experience in the fitness industry, Tracy has successfully instructed presented, managed and owns leading Wellness Centers for Women in Saudi Arabia. Tracy's passion for changing lives by adding health and fitness into lifestyles hasn't changed since the first day. As an international Master Instructor in Spinning®, Peak®Pilates, Ugi®, FitCore TM and AntiGravity®Fitness, she remains empowered by her clients and trainees and hopes to continue to inspire more people that will in turn, empower others.
