With over 15 years experience in the Pilates industry, Mila is ta level 3 Master Trainer and he owner of the Peak Pilates Education center in Egypt. Mila leads the education of all the Peak Pilates teachers in Egypt and had travels to various other countries in the Region to spread the Peak Pilates education as well.
