This is product is very high-quality and can be used for very similar exercises as done in Tower classes.

I like it a lot.......the only thing I would change is the extension piece could be longer to bring the bar down lower.

Love this kit. It allows me to do my Cadillac/Ellie Herman Spring Board workout regardless of where I am. I’ve added neoprene handles and double foot loops to the mix out of personal preference. The price is amazing - 2 workouts and it is paid for itself in studio fees.

This is my 2ed one because I gave my 85 yr old Mom my first one!! I brought it over to her house and showed her all the great excercies she could do to strenghten all over so her balance will get better!! She loves it! I came right home and bought another one

A great, cost effective piece of equipment that allows you to teach many of the Cadillac/ tower defense exercises in a group class. The PilatesStick is one of most popular classes I teach. My clients love it.

I use this with my clients and you can do so many things that are similar to the Cadillac . I also attach it to the reformer as well. Great invention and unbelievable results. I recommend it for group training since its so easy and fun!
