Sibel Aksu is a Peak Pilates® Master Instructor since 2021 and Peak Pilates® Comprehensive Instructor Level II. She owns her fully equipped Peak Pilates® studio since 2017 known as Cool Charm Pilates, working with her clients, her team of instructors and future instructors. She developed her pilates studio into a Peak Pilates® Education Center with big passion, commitment and unique vision.
Why did you choose Peak Pilates® for your certification?
I have chosen for Peak Pilates® because the focus is on HOW to teach and not only on what to teach. I love how Peak Pilates Education meets every instructor at every stage of their learning journey. I’ve developed and refined my teaching skills thanks to the Peak Pilates integrated approach, honoring what has been taught traditionally by Joseph Pilates. I’m very thankful to how it made me incredibly grow to a successful pilates instructor.
What do you love about Pilates?
The most beautiful thing about Pilates is the positive impact it can have on people’s body, mind and spirit through movement. Pilates is for every body, no matter the age, gender, physical condition. It enables any person to go beyond their horizons and to become the best version of themselves. As a Peak Pilates instructor I’m fascinated by helping and transforming people’s health and lifestyle.
What is your mission as a Peak Pilates® Master Instructor?
My aim as a Peak Pilates® Master Instructor is to lead, coach and empower new teachers. Being a mentor and role model are my responsibilities. I want my students to walk away with, not only improved performances, but also with a renewed passion for pilates to pass onto others. My big mission to exceed expectations of new teachers and how to treat them as they would like to be treated. I’m very thrilled to guide and transform future Peak Pilates teachers!
Anything else you would like to share?
I would like to share a little inspirational quote to all the pilates instructors:
“Make your life a masterpiece, imagine no limitations on what you can be, have or do”
